At Velune, we stand behind everything we make. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us — which is why we've made our returns process as clear and straightforward as possible.

OUR 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all Velune products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order — no lengthy explanations required.

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, your product must be:

  • Unopened and in its original, sealed condition
  • Returned within 30 days of the date your order was delivered
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email)

⚠ Important: We do not accept returns on opened products. Due to the nature of food supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, partially used, or has a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. Please ensure you read the product information carefully before opening your order.

NO RETURNS ON OPENED PRODUCTS

Once the seal on a Velune supplement has been broken, the product is considered used and is no longer eligible for return or refund. This policy exists to protect the safety and integrity of our products for all customers and is non-negotiable. If you have concerns about whether Cycle Reset is right for you before purchasing, please contact us at hello@velune.co.uk and we will be happy to answer any questions before you order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us at hello@velune.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • You must include clear photographs showing the damage or the incorrect item received
  • You must include your order number in the email

⚠ Damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives.

Once your damage claim is approved, we will dispatch a replacement to you within 3–5 working days at no charge. We do not require you to return a damaged item in most cases.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

All returns and refund requests must be initiated by contacting us first. Do not send any items back to us without receiving written confirmation from our team.

To request a return or refund, follow these steps:

  • Step 1 — Email us at hello@velune.co.uk with the subject line "Return Request — [Your Order Number]"
  • Step 2 — Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your return request
  • Step 3 — Wait for our team to respond with written approval and return instructions. We aim to respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday.
  • Step 4 — Once approved, securely package the item and post it to the return address provided by our team
  • Step 5 — Email us your proof of postage. Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return

📦 Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case Velune will cover the return postage cost.

UNAUTHORISED RETURNS

Returns sent without prior written authorisation from our team will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. Any unauthorised returns received will be disposed of and no refund will be issued. Please always contact us first at hello@velune.co.uk before sending anything back.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE 30-DAY WINDOW

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any order where the return request is made more than 30 days after the date of delivery. No exceptions can be made to this policy. If you are unsure whether you are within the 30-day window, please check your delivery confirmation email for the date your order was received and contact us as soon as possible.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

The same refund and returns policy applies to all subscription orders. Each monthly shipment is treated as a separate order. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next renewal date through your account portal on velune.co.uk. Subscription cancellations requested after a renewal payment has been processed will be applied to the following month — the current month's order cannot be refunded unless it meets the standard returns criteria above.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 working days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to process the refund on their end.
