At Velune, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

TRACKED DELIVERY
All Velune orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at royalmail.com. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we work with reliable delivery partners, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Velune is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check with neighbours and any safe places around your property
- Check your Royal Mail tracking for any attempted delivery cards or collection notices
- Contact us at hello@velune.co.uk with your order number and tracking reference
We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail on your behalf. Please note that Royal Mail requires us to wait 10 working days from the expected delivery date before an order can be declared lost. Once confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Velune is unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at hello@velune.co.uk and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are based outside the UK and would like to be notified when we expand internationally, please email us at hello@velune.co.uk with the subject line "International Shipping" and we will add you to our waiting list.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders are processed and dispatched on the same schedule as standard orders. Your monthly subscription order will be dispatched within 1–2 working days of your renewal date. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number for each shipment by email.
